As the title of this newsletter suggests, inspiration is everywhere. At least that’s my personal belief.
If you’re looking for an idea for a new project, your options are boundless! If you’re in the middle of creating a piece and feeling stuck, there are countless ways to bounce back and reengage! There are bright and shiny ideas around every corner.
But are they really?
I often get annoyed when internet “experts” tell me how to do things when they’ve given no indication they’re doing it themselves. And so, as a self-proclaimed steward of inspiration, I thought it was time to put myself to the test.
At the beginning of last month, I decided to challenge myself to an inspiration treasure hunt. Could I identify one interesting thing from each day, and would it positively impact my creative work?
In this post, I’ll share my favorite treasure hunt finds, an assessment as to whether this experiment was a success, and if I think it would help you in your creative work.
